general

by ordering a commission from me you agree to the rules below.
- violating these rules will result in instant cancellation of your order and/or permanent blacklisting.
- keep in mind that my prices are in Euro (€). Paypal automatically converts usd to euro when sending the payment.
- I may use the artwork made for you for my own self promotion.
- you may use your commissioned artwork (set as avatar or wallpaper, repost on other social media) on any site only if proper credit is given (e.g. 'art by rottsaur').
- do not make any changes to my art, if you wish to change something please contact me first.
- you may not use my artwork commercially, personal use is fine.
- the use of AI in any kind, shape or form is prohibited. By commissioning me you agree to never use my art in AI. Not to train AI, not to 'enhance' my work, not to add or change it in any way. That includes uses like 'Grok', 'ChatGPT', 'SoraAI' and any other AI tools.

payment & process

- I take full, upfront payment via PayPal invoices only (can accept BLIK for polish customers).
- I can accept payment plans for bigger purchases.
- after I receive the payment, I will start working as soon as I am able to. I will work only when full payment is received, or when the first half is received it's a payment plan.
- I will send you a work in progress screenshot(s) of the sketch and wait for your response. I will not continue working until the sketch is accepted. You can ask for multiple WIP screenshots, but otherwise I will provide only one.
- if you see any errors (e.g. in character's design) during the sketch phase, I will fix them as many times as needed (free of charge). if you see errors done after the sketch phase I might charge more. I will fix any errors for free, no matter the phase, only if it's my own mistake and not lack of information given to me.
- after I'm done working on your order I will provide you a high resolution version via e-mail or a discord link.
- due to my mental health, my turnaround time is about 2 weeks to 3 months at max. please remember that I can take more or less than that (depends on the type of piece commissioned, my motivation to draw, my mental state, amount of work etc.)
- do not rush me. you may ask how is your commission coming along after a week or so, but please don't ask me that almost daily. doing so may result in me refusing to work further on your order and possibly putting you on a blacklist.
- I am allowed to refuse a commission without any reason.lastly, please note that my art style is inconsistent. I constantly experiment with lineart, shading, adding details and effects to my artwork. commissions are my way to improve my skills and try out different things and techniques.

refunds

- if I didn't start working on your commission yet and you wish to cancel your order,
I will provide a full refund.
- I do not do refunds after I already begun working on your commission.
- do not chargeback me. If you do chargeback, I'll instantly put you on my blacklist and you won't be able to commission me ever again.
- I will not give you a refund if you happen to be unsatisfied with the finished product. I can make changes to it but I won't re-do the whole thing.
- in case of an emergency on my side I will contact you and discuss if I am able to finish your order and/or if you're willing to wait a bit longer.
